Program Building Process
Consultation
We look to help everyone reach their goals in fitness.
To do this we need to find out about our clients, what they love to do what they see as their strengths and what their barriers are to reaching that elusive goal.

You will sit with our coach and go through a consultation to get as much information about you and your lifestyle as we can and we build your programme around you and not just what what the fitness fads are at that time.
Programming
When you choose a MS Fitness coach we will build your programme live in our own PT Gym, we'll look at what equipment you have to train with and what the environment is like to make sure you get the best possible program.

Our coach will spend time improving technique, coaching you through every exercise to make sure your body gets the most out of every workout.

Take this time to ask all your questions to help understand why this exercise is best and what the benefit is to your goal.
Aftercare
Once the program is built and you are completely happy with the product it is time for you to put it into practice.
At MS fitness we know that sometimes what we build may not be perfect when put into practice so that is why after you're first week we arrange a call to make sure you are completely happy and we can adjust any issues which you may have.
