Our experienced trainers will guide you through a variety of exercises that are specifically tailored to support your changing body and help you prepare for childbirth.

Post Natal

After pregnancy, getting back to your pre-pregnancy shape is an ongoing challenge.

 

At MS Fitness, we offer post-natal fitness programs that help you regain your strength and fitness levels, lose weight and feel confident again.

 

Our programs are designed to suit your specific needs and goals, taking into account your recovery time, lifestyle and fitness level.

 

Our post-natal programs include exercises to strengthen core muscles, improve posture and help you regain your pre-pregnancy body.

Staying Fit

At MS Fitness we look to help expectant and new mothers reach their goals in fitness and keep healthy during child birth.

 

To do this we need to find out about our clients, what they love to do, what they see as their strengths and what their barriers are to staying fit and health or after birth becoming.

You will sit with our coach and go through a consultation to get as much information about you and your lifestyle and we build your programme around you and not just what what the fitness fads are at that time.

​

When you choose a MS Fitness coach to guide you through this time, we will build your programme live in our own PT Gym, we'll look at what equipment you have to train with and what the environment is like to make sure you get the best possible program.

​

Our coach will spend time improving technique, coaching you through every movement to make sure it is safe, you are happy and your body gets the most out of every workout.

​

Once the program is built and you are completely happy with the product it is time for you to put it into practice.

 

At MS fitness we know that sometimes what we build may not be perfect when put into practice so that is why after your first week we arrange a call to make sure you are completely happy and we can adjust any issues which you may have to make sure you get the best out of your program and you have the best possible results.
