Our bootcamp programs are designed to challenge our clients physically and provide them with the necessary tools, education and support they need to lose fat, gain strength, and improve their overall fitness level.

Classes

Our timetable of fitness classes is a great gateway into to our main bootcamp program, and also an effective add on to any exercise or gym program.
Many people begin their fitness and fat loss journey with group fitness classes as that first step on the ladder and our classes are all run by our own bootcamp coaches to make you feel at ease.

Small Group PT
At MS Fitness, our mission is simple: we want to help you reach your fitness goals, and improve your life.
Our small group training sessions are delivered as two separate sessions each week, over six weeks, and are led by experienced personal trainers, who will help you achieve fitness and fat loss through high intensity sessions and gym based workouts.
Our training community is built on a foundation of support and encouragement, and our small group training is created to help you build strength and confidence in a peer group all aiming for the same goal.
This is not a program for complete beginners, anyone wishing to join this program should have a bit of experience in a workout / gym environment.

Pre/Post Natal
When it comes to planning your fitness program during the pre and postnatal periods, we at MS Fitness are aware of how the physicality of a woman’s body changes during this time, including the role which hormones, posture, previous fitness level and core stability all play in dictating the level to the each woman can take her training.
Not only is exercise considered safe during pregnancy, it’s actually recommended.
Post natal exercise is also safe and recommended after your health visitor has deemed so.
Our pre and post natal programming includes a face to face consultation with a qualified coach.
At MS Fitness we have our own custom designed members only PT gym which is never overprescribed.
Our coach will create a face to face gym program and provide an ongoing program to allow our client to train safely during pregnancy / in the early stages after pregame, in their own gym, and go on to access a pre-booked face to face review date after the first program is complete.

Programming
At MS Fitness, we have our very own spacious custom designed PT gym which is a members only gym, meaning it is never busy or oversubscribed.
We specialise in creating face to face, in person customised exercise prescription that anyone who books this service can access ; meaning that you can come along, have a consultation with a coach, followed by a gym program created with you present, that you can take and use wherever you wish to train.
A program that is tailored to your unique circumstances, goals, and fitness level.
Our expert trainers will work with you to design a 6 week gym program that increases your calorie burn and boosts your muscle mass. Our priority is not just to help you lose weight, but to help you sculpt the body that you want.
