The Programme
As a small group PT, Peter has vast experience in the fitness industry, specialising in high-intensity and strength workouts. His unique training programs are tailored to help each individual client achieve their personal fitness goals.
With over 20 years of experience in training hundreds of clients, he prides himself on his ability to get the best out of every individual he works with. His focus is on ensuring that his clients are able to push beyond their limits and achieve results that they never thought were possible.
The training programs are designed to help the body adapt to the stress of the workouts to induce change.

Our Small Group PT consist of twelve sessions in 6 - week blocks, two sessions per week on a Wednesday and Friday, at either 6am, 10.30am or 5.30pm.
